修改一下個人的住址!盡量直接使用中翻英軟體去改!
以免造成官網錯誤的以為是工作室帳號而被封鎖!

還有如果使用同一張信用卡或papal註冊的玩家
也改一下個人資料!以免被官方誤讀是工作室金錢帳號而被帳號停權!

Thank you for your ticket and your concern.

Darkfall is not against Asian players, we have a fair amount of Asian players currently in the game. Unfortunately the forum that you have linked us can not be read. However, due to the increase in goldselling in game and traded accounts, which violate our ToS agreement, we have very strict measures in place. If an account is linked with billing information, IP address, or another account directly, that is or has violated our ToS agreement, we are forced to take measures to protect all players in the game. No account is locked or blocked for unknown reasons. Any billing problems that the player submits a ticket with is verified and checked and a detailed reply is sent to the player who submitted the ticket.

At the current time, no Asian customer service exists. You should know that we highly value and pay very close attention to everything our player base is reporting.

Your opinion has been forwarded to the feedback department where it will be looked at and taken into consideration. We might contact you again if we find out we need some more information on this matter.
